Mars Cafe specializes in coffee.  We aren’t your average chain coffee shop that hurries you out the door with an inferior coffee product. As a specialty coffee shop, our baristas are highly trained to ensure the quality and consistency of every cup we serve.  We have two varieties of drip coffee always available - Harvest Blend (light) and Dark Roast.  We also brew individuality pour-over coffee using either a Chemex or V-60.  Of course you can also get Des Moines’s best Espresso, Latte, Capuchino, Americano, and our homemade Chai.

We exclusively serve Kickapoo Coffee.  Kickapoo’s handcrafted coffee is roasted weekly at its headquarters in Viroqua, Wisconsin.  Their artisan quality bean are imported directly through Fair Trade partnerships with farmer cooperatives committed to quality and sustainability.  Click here for more information about Kickapoo
